Job Summary: HonorBridge is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager serves as the connection between management and their teams in driving operational excellence. The Project Manager will define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. In addition, they will integrate Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools and techniques to support projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Project Execution: Execute approved organizational projects, including:
- Planning, including scope, objectives, timelines and resource allocation
- Risk Management, including mitigation strategies
- Budget Management
- Reporting
- Change Management, including project scope changes
- Post-project Reviews
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of quality in terms of deliverables, implementation, and customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage multi-disciplinary and cross functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
- Quality assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards through regular reviews and testing.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve project challenges and conflicts in a collaborative, timely and efficient manner.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques to identify root causes of problems.
- Problem-solving: Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools (5 why's, PFDs, swimlanes, etc.) to develop effective solutions.
- Continuous improvement:
- Participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and be a leader in integration of the CI culture at HonorBridge.
- Assist management in identification of areas of performance improvement opportunities.
- Maintain an operational understanding of CI best practices, to support projects and colleagues.
- Training and mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to staff on project management, LSS, and/or continuous improvement. Contribute to the library of learning materials available to all staff.
- Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Strategy and Operational Excellence.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Preferred to have a PMP, LSSGB, or LSSBB upon hire. Required to have certification within 2yrs of employment.
Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, occasional lifting (up to twenty pounds), finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and visual acuity.
Work Environment: Normal office environment, automobile travel within DSA.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelors Degree is required
- A minimum of 3 years experience with a mix of project management experience and experience with Lean Six Sigma tools totaling not less than 3 years is required; Healthcare or OPO-related experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
- Practiced in working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
