Responsibilities
+ Manage and execute all aspects of the operation specialists’ efforts to plan, prepare, and execute NESA Center ‘s 90 programs and 120 activities
+ Provide Weekly Status Report that captures or summarizes completed tasks, staffing status, financials (travel and ODC funds), and any issues/challenges encountered with 100% accuracy to Contract Manager
+ Provide project planning and facilitate implementation of Government-approved projects
+ Participate in authorized on-site meetings; prepare and present briefings on progress of work, prepare white papers and draft responses to related data calls, as requested
+ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify collaborative responsibilities and support process interaction with other Government and Contractor personnel
Present SOPs to the Contract Manager for Government COR for review and approval prior to implementation
+ Point of contact (POC) and coordinator for all operation specialists’ support activities and stated requirements and deliverables
+ Shall notify the Contract Manager of any issues, problems or concerns that pertain to fellows, guests, activities, and contract requirements and deliverables
+ Assist the Contract Manager to employ PM tools and methods to achieve requirements and deliverables outlined in the contract proposal, or new methods as agreed with the CM through the COR, to develop schedules, layout timelines and tasks, track tasks, track budget and invoice completeness, develop COAs for other direct cost (ODC) approvals, and provide information regarding project status or financial status on request
+ Fully responsible for management and integration of all operation specialists supporting functions to achieve contract deliverables
This includes fully understand available project management systems to include Power BI and workflow, and review and approval all estimates
Maintain all financial logs to ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or 8 years of documented senior program planning experience in the NESA region
+ Four or more years of experience planning domestic and international events
+ Two or more years as a senior event planner and knowledge of hotel and conferencing contracting structure details are required
+ Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills and attention to detail as well as the organizational and project management planning skills to manage multiple tasks, synchronize functional support efforts, and meet deadlines as required
+ Must be able to conduct cost estimates and maintain accurate project cost spreadsheets
+ Proven ability to contribute as a team player and strong interpersonal skills to negotiate problems in the US and in the NESA region
Experience working in a multi- cultural environment and interacting professionally and diplomatically in and throughout the NESA region is required
+ Must have Secret clearance

85,000.00
