Job Type: Full-time
This role is responsible for providing day-to-day accounting and/or finance tasks relating to the needs of our firm's clients. Client engagements are full-service and include responsibilities ranging from general ledger maintenance to financial and investor reporting. They may also include bank reconciliations, journal entry recording, and following SOC-1 internal control procedures. Work is conducted in a highly structured team and control environment. Assignments can fall into the quarterly reporting cycle or high paced ad hoc client or investor requests.
Essential Functions

- Perform treasury functions including reconciliation of bank accounts, processing of disbursements and preparation of cash reporting.
- Prepare and submit journal entries into cloud-based industry specific accounting software.
- Prepare assigned workpapers for fund products within the quarterly reporting cycle.
- Prepare and review mail merge procedures.
- Preparation of GAAP financial statements.
- Prepare and manage multiple ad-hoc investor inquiries.
- Maintenance and review of SOC-1 internal control procedures
- Weekly maintenance of an internal client deliverable schedule.
- Driving and leading teams and clients using our expertise and knowledge to provide educated proposals and timelines for deliverables.

Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or another Business-related field
2. Proficiency with software related products such as Microsoft software programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field
2. CPA
3. Private fund administration experience
