Operations Admin Support I at Aditi Consulting

Responsibilities:

• This person we assist with comparing drawings that have been converted from Creo to SW.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks is required as well as basic understanding of drawings.
• Support Engineer I is responsible for resolving product, configuration, and application issues/questions for solutions products.
• Ensure customers' success by fostering a balanced relationship that benefits both and the customer with the goal of producing the highest level of customer support and satisfaction.
• Manage and deliver solutions for Incidents and service requests that meet or exceed Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).

You must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience (technical or vocational training a plus!).
• 3-5 years of experience with Solidworks and Mechanical Engineering Basics
• Knowledge of Linux, Red Hat, SQL, and/or Korn shell scripting.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
