As a Operations Administrative Assistant you are an essential part of helping Entegris be part of the Future of Innovation.  In this role you will help our Billerica operations leaders with critical customer, safety, HR and business processes such as timekeeping, safety observations, and other related project support work. You will be challenged to think of creative ways we can execute our work and where we can make changes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our processes.

• Primary duties are to support plant managers and supervisors assisting with administrative duties
• Supports review and submission of timecards/records, including missed punches and attendance policy administration
• Provide support for New Hire Onboarding, including coordination of orientation, IT setup & EtQ profile administration
• Provides backup for inventory support and MRO supply purchasing
• Coordinates event planning, setup, and management (meetings, meal purchases, plant-related activities)
• Takes minutes for key meetings and tracks action items through completion
• Manages office & desk space logistics
• May help with document administration in areas of employee training and EtQ
• May help track employee qualifications, certification/re-certifications, training events, corrective action, and training check sheets
• Assists with maintaining employee files and collection of documents
• Creating, sending, and reviewing 30/60/90 reviews of new hires.
• Managing HR paperwork including reviewing for accuracy, filing, and escalating as required.
• Assist employees with accessing and using HR systems like PayNComp and SuccessFactors.
• Create user guides for common questions and help to drive a self service culture at the site.
• Make changes in SuccessFactors for employee information requests, recruiting needs, transfers, etc.

• 2 or more years previous experience in an administrative capacity
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, as appropriate for the needs of the audience
• Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals
• Ability to work on projects with general direction and minimal guidance, both on a team and individually
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
