About the Job
Adecco Healthcare is searching for an Operations Administrator to become part of our client's Behavioral Health team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Pay
- $28 an hour+ (depending on education and experience)
Shift
- Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
- Weekends as needed
- Rotating on-call (typically a call)
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- Inpatient Psych experience or Residential Psych or Behavioral Health experience.
- 2 years of management/supervision experience.
- Driver's License and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or similar.
- Case management background or counselor background.

- Committed to making a positive impact on patients' lives and knowledgeable about available resources in the area.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing to team efforts, and willing to take on various roles as needed. Open to new ideas and actively shares suggestions.

Job Summary
The Operations Administrator oversees the overall operations and facility performance metrics while supporting clinical improvements in their assigned programs. They collaborate with the Director of Crisis Services to ensure that care coordination protocols, discharge planning, and transitions from the medical team are effectively managed. Additionally, the Operations Administrator is responsible for implementing best practices in risk management, health and safety, and quality management for each unit under their supervision. This position reports to the Director of Crisis regarding administrative, clinical, and operational functions.
