Overview:
Titan Florida, LLC, has an excellent opportunity for an Operations Administrator in the Cement Division in Medley, FL. This position will report to the Cement Operations Manager and will provide support to procurement and cement teams.
Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:
- Process requisition orders for parts and services when needed and keep records.
- Process work order requests and keep records.
- Receive all service purchase orders in DSTM and SAP for processing payments and maintain accurate records.
Receive inventory tickets for raw material.
Create and manage requisitions in SAP for procurement of necessary supplies and services.
- Process Physical Inventories in SAP monthly.
- Generate end-of-month inventory reports detailing production metrics and financial summaries.
- Prepare manual accrual list in a monthly basis, if necessary.
Receive inventory tickets for raw material.
- Daily production inventory data acquisition and required reports distributed to all relevant departments.
- Prepare requisitions for temporary labor hours for yard, packhouse and Alternate fuel departments.
- Prepare SAP input for cockpit
Qualifications:
- High school education required, B.S. degree in Business Administration preferred.
Must know SAP and inventory processes
- 5+ years in a higher level administrative capacity
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficient in SAP System, required.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Outlook.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English, bilingual preferred.
