Operations Administrator – Solon, Ohio #24-00412

Salary: $57k -$62k / yr. Permanent Position with Benefits.

Solon, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Administrator to assist with administration duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate
• Past experience in office administration
• Knowledge of working with a SAP system
• Organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Generate, manage, and organize office documents to include: sales orders, receipts, internal order release documentation, engineering bills of material (BOM), meeting notes, order processing, shipping documentation...
• Expediting Purchase Orders
• Process sales orders
• Work directly under the Operations Manager
• Systems Applications and Products enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Negotiation skills are a plus

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
