Job Description:
This role involves managing daily operational tasks, collaborations with different departments to ensure smooth processes and workflows by analyzing daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages, manages schedules of employees, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations. Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues. Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the activities of personnel and operations, including scheduling, time tracking and deliveries.
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
- Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Weekly inventory counting and planning with production and sales.
- Manages schedules of employees, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations.
- Monitors and updates employee time clock entries and PTO requests.
- Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
- Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Prepares detailed reports and proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price, obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items.
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Oversees company safety program and employee safety training.
- Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.
- Manages the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Responsible for new hire orientation and on-boarding.
- Filing records that need to be kept for HR compliance purposes; assist with filing of confidential paperwork in HR secured room.
- Process Deposit and Payments and call customers with open invoices.
- Maintain and administer company benefits plans.
- Respond to unemployment claims.
- Handle health insurance renewals and workers compensation.
- Post Job openings on Job Boards.
- Maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
