Job Purpose: This position is responsible for assisting the Executive Vice President of Operations by monitoring, tracking and reporting on the daily activities of Gateway Parking. The goal is to ensure information is monitored and maintained accurately and standards of operations are maintained at the highest level. This position will also monitor compliance with Safety and OSHA standards and serve as a direct liaison of Gateway Parking to the client and vendors.
Description: The Operations Analysis position serves a dual role with us. The Operations Analysis role supports Gateway Parking management by monitoring, analyzing and managing all of our system data streams to make sure issues are being addressed in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures. This position also provides administrative support in addressing incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, inventory, and technical issues with the Parking Meters.
Along with being responsible for managing our master data systems, developing reports, identifying trends and troubleshooting issues related to the system data. This position will manage company compliance to safety practices and supports our staff in the field by ensuring accurate and timely information is being captured, passed on to all parties involved and reports and the overall performance expectations. It is therefore imperative, that the Operations Analysis has a very fine eye to detail and a thorough understanding of all Gateway Parking policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the Special Operations and Dispatching Department
- Develop reports and analysis
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert in managing Meters Management Systems
- Full competence on Data Management Systems
- Creates and interprets Meter management Reports
- Manage Alerts Generate external reports to the Client and Corporate office
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Finalize all Meter Investigations and reporting to Management and/or Client
- Finalize all incident reports prior to reporting to Management and/or Client
- Troubleshooting data that is alarming in the data systems
- Evaluate and recommend changes or updates needed in the management of data
- Organize Office (includes filing, backing-up documents, and archiving) as needed.
- Assist with New Hire On-boarding
- Provide training as needed for all system users
- Manage all expenses and credit card transactions for Gateway and create a monthly report detailing usage
- Order department supplies
- Manage all employee contacts. phone/address/email for Gateway
- Proactively update and monitor delegated tasks to ensure progress of deadlines and projects are on schedule
- Check deadlines on incoming special requests and put preliminary work in play.
- Assure discreet handling of all business.
- Present a professional company image through communications and interactions with vendors, client, guest and the management team.
Operations Analysis / skills we are looking for:
- Proficient in computer/software programs such as QuickBooks, Access, Adobe Programs, all Microsoft programs, Google Drive, etc.

JOB REQUIRMENTS
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 1 year of Data Analysis work is preferred
- Experience with MS Windows Applications, Micro Soft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, Internet research skills
