Operations Analyst
Job Description:
As an Operations Analyst, you will wear many hats and be instrumental in supporting the company's growth and operational efficiency. You will project manage a variety of initiatives, from supporting software implementations to optimizing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and contributing to business development efforts. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management: Lead and support key initiatives, including software implementations, inventory management optimization, and warehouse operations improvements.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team, supply chain management, business development, and other key departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
· Inventory Management: Assist in the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency.
· Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working closely with leadership to drive growth.
· Data Analysis: Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyze operational data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve decision-making.
· Time Management: Effectively prioritize and manage a wide variety of tasks to support the company's evolving needs.
· Hands-on Support: Be ready to jump in wherever needed to ensure the success of the company's operations, whether that's in the warehouse or in the office.
Required Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and generate actionable insights.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to tackling tasks.
· Willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks in a startup environment, including hands-on operational support.
· Strong problem-solving skills and an adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Background in supply chain management, operations, or logistics.
· Experience with software implementation or operational system upgrades.
· Familiarity with construction materials or distribution environments is a plus, but not required.
