Role Overview:

Could you be our next Operations Analyst? Globe Life is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of leads distribution operations. This role involves tasks such as identifying trends in reporting, optimizing processes, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that project goals are met within established timelines. Additionally, this Operations Analyst may prepare reports and help resolve any issues that arise during the Enterprise Leads project lifecycle. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

What You Will Do:

• Must possess appropriate levels of proficiency with utilized software and systems and be able to learn new software/systems.
• Support creating lead campaigns and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the system.
• Aggregate data and information to identify business opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned and respond to a variety of planned and ad hoc requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Communicates project progress, updates, and results to stakeholders and leadership on a regular basis.
• Identify trends and patterns in data and provide recommendations to improve lead generation efforts.
• Monitor and maintain lead data integrity and ensure that all leads are properly qualified and segmented.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve lead generation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and provide recommendations for new tools and technologies to improve performance.

What You Can Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years related work experience with a focus on demand generation preferred.
• Experience using Tableau a plus.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Intermediate experience with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries and an understanding of database management.
