About the Job
As the Applications Analyst II for the Technology Enablement team in Real Estate, you will be responsible for supporting the success of several building systems, such as Serraview, CoStar, and REMS+/REWS org. The key functions of this role with respect to these systems are: Vendor Mgmt, Lite System Administration, Data Governance participation and ticket processing, monitoring integration cleanliness and assisting troubleshooting data issues, and occasionally facilitating new project work for these systems. This role may also coordinate approvals from our Transactions Team with respect to enhancement requests for REMS+ and data updates for our Location records.
Experience/Skills
* Minimum 5+ years of project management, business analyst or equivalent experience
* Experience in vendor management which includes enhancement requests, renewals, and escalation of issues.
* Highly skilled in data connections, data mapping, and integrations with the ability to see the bigger picture of multiple systems connected together.
* Exceptional critical thinking & analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
* Heavy spreadsheet use for data loading work
* Experience with Serraview (space planning) and CoStar (leasing) utilities
* Moderate-level Salesforce Platform experience
