Overview
The Operations Analyst is the main ABM team member coordinating all work order and data analytics regarding quality control, completion of periodic services, completion of day policing. The position oversees the automated reporting systems including the Client-facing Dashboard.
Compensation: _$85,000 annual salary (US Dollars)_

Operations Support Functions
1. Oversee the accuracy of the operational platform (section lists, schedules of shifts, vacancy audit if applicable, scope of service, day policing frequency document, stack plan analyses).
2. Onboard new service workers into system.
3. Review coverages and schedule PTO.
4. Participate in training of day personnel and aid night supervision on nightly training.
5. Conduct inspection.
6. Attend meetings with ABM Project Management and supervision.
7. Perform other duties as assigned related to operations analyst functions.
Operational Technology Functions
1. Main ABM manager assuring accurate and timely response to work orders, and customer response.
2. Set up, update, and assure accuracy of ABM SITE Inspection system including ongoing locations and cadence of inspections to assure inspection reports are complete. Also assure that inspections are thorough and objective and meet the cadence. Interface with client teams to review and discuss inspection results.
3. Set up, update, and monitor accuracy of day policing QR validation system AKA ABM Digital Cleaning Log, monitor throughout the operation (red, yellow, green analytics). Troubleshoot and diagnose any adjustments. Retrain service workers as necessary. Interface with client teams to review and discuss QR code digital cleaning log results.
4. Set up, update, and monitor accuracy of online night periodic services and match accuracy to scope. Interface with client teams to review and discuss.
5. Set up, update, and monitor Client-facing Dashboard. Oversee client’s security levels to access. Review components of dashboard and be prepared to speak to dashboard results in weekly, monthly, and client QBRs.
