What you will be doing:
- Checking invoices, contracts, letters and credits, pushing back.
- Going over Letters of credit line by line by line -they are a global trading company “things have to be worded a certain way super super clear”.
- Ex: moving things that have moisture contents and that reflects a different pricing structure.
- Ex: things can have a certain percentage of sulfur.
- Someone in this role has to look at the contracts and letters of credit, and that’s where all the information is inputted held and communicated -Proprietary information.
- They have accounting and finance to look over the billing but there is a lot of checks and balances because they have shipments all over the world.
- Someone has to have a little bit of spine, and the person will have to reject and say why they can’t approve it.
- Cannot have a wallflower.Professional manor while pushing back to other internal folks to gather additional information.
- Solid 1 year letters of credit – confidence or knowledge with additional years of experience prior to the letters of credit (As I said before they want someone more mature in their career)
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration
- Needs at least 1 vaccine
