We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utility Design & Damage Recovery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the national and damage recovery teams by managing utility design and locating requests, coordinating ticket dispatches, and maintaining accurate tracking systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in damage recovery coordination, experience with CRM or ServiceNow, and excellent administrative and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $20 - $23/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Assist the national and damage recovery team in managing utility design requests, locating requests, and tracer wire requests through ticket dispatches via ServiceNow and/or CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the assets team to update records as needed.
- Review, evaluate, and document operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Update tracking systems to maintain accurate status updates, including in third-party management systems.
- Create and distribute internal and external correspondence relevant to the team, project, or program.
- Assist with administrative preparations for meetings and project-related activities.
- Communicate potential issues to management before they reach critical levels.
- Develop and maintain complete and accurate project files, ensuring ongoing monitoring for integrity and completeness.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in damage recovery coordination is essential.
- CRM or ServiceNow experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tracking and software programs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications is preferred.
