Operations Assistant/Coordinator - Woodbridge Home Solutions

Woodbridge Home Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team. This invididual will manage documentation, track orders, and ensure effective communication amongst team members.

This is a full-time position at our Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Track job cycles
• Order jobs and necessary parts daily.
• Check vendor sites for updates or backorders and communicate with the PM and Warehouse Coordinators.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Create and interpret a variety of reports
• Generate and upload different reports and pre-Labor Bills.
• Understand company product and brand
• General office duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in document management systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in production/operations AND administration is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
