About the Job
The Operations Assistant responsibilities include working closely with internal and external stakeholders to prepare comprehensive action plans detailed with resource requirements, timeframes, and budgets for projects. This position will perform various operations tasks to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. This position requires work performed in a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and resource tracking.
- Maintain all required project documentation.
- Troubleshoot any project issues.
- Correspond with clients and other contractors.
- Support project personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Physical Demands:
- Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
- Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
- Occasional lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
