Our client is a reputable and growing insurance firm dedicated to providing top-notch services to their clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Assistant with a background in IT and Insurance to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in administrative tasks and has a solid understanding of IT systems and processes. This role would be ideal for a person who wants out of the day-to-day servicing of policies.
- Manage and monitor the Operations Helpdesk and Alerts queues, handling initial support and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Respond to technical support requests via email, troubleshooting, and resolving basic issues, such as new account setup.
- Engage with customers to gather additional information, provide resolutions, and ensure clear, appropriate communication.
- A valid property insurance license in Florida is preferred but not required.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures and stay current with industry developments.
