Operations Associate - Zachary Piper LLC

Piper Companies is looking for an Operations Associate in the Durham, North Carolina area that is onsite 3 days a week. The Operations Associate will work for an organization that is empowering financial future with innovative annuity solutions.

Responsibilities for the Operations Associate

·      Review and process applications, ensure accuracy and compliance

·      Be a problem solver and identify root cause issues when presented

·      Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assists with processing, claims, and applications

Qualifications for Operations Associate

·      Bachelor’s degree is REQUIRED

·      Interest in working in a customer centric environment supporting internal and external stakeholders via email, phone and virtual

·      Utilize your communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

·      Ability to use Microsoft office, collaboration tools and other computer applications and tools for the job

 Compensation and Benefits for Operations Associate

    Full time position!

·      Hourly Rate $21-23 based on experience

·      Full Benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Holidays
