Operations Associate III, Trust Accounting Disbursements - Equity Trust

• Process all outgoing cash functions in the Trust Accounting Department in accordance with all documented processes and procedures.
• Run, print, organize, and distribute standard and cashier checks using Trust Accounting and banking systems.
• Process voids on outstanding checks.
• Balance daily transactions ensuring accuracy and entering all items in Trust Accounting and bank accounts.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.
• Assist the safekeeping team by performing the vault audit as well as the quality control process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all daily tasks are completed by end of each day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking and/or financial services industry.
• Experience in the retirement industry preferred.

• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate 10-key skills with a minimum of 9,000 KSPH preferred.
• Ability to type 45+ words per minute (WPM) preferred.
