Pay Range: $60-$65k/Annually
What you will do?:- Lead and oversee daily operations for the AutoStore team, managing scheduling, workload distribution, and performance assessments
- Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
- Train and onboard new team members on AutoStore operations and best practices, ensuring they are set up for success
- Coach and mentor team members, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth
- Address and resolve any internal and external customer concerns related to the AutoStore system promptly and effectively
- Track and maintain key performance metrics (KPIs) for the team and the AutoStore system to drive accountability and improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and implementing creative solutions to enhance service delivery
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Foster strong relationships with team leaders, key stakeholders, and other departments to promote seamless collaboration and a positive workplace culture that reinforces success through effective onboarding and recognition
What you bring to the table!:
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred
- Proven track record of safely operating warehouse machinery, including forklifts, is a plus
- Proficient in common computer applications (MS Office Suite, Warehouse Management Systems) and data analysis tools
- Exceptional coaching and development skills to empower and uplift team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and convey complex reports
- Capable of assessing and providing constructive feedback on performance evaluations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, leading teams is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate team members across all distribution center departments to achieve desired results
