Operations Coordinator - Behavioral Health Technician - ADECCO

About the Job
We are looking to find an Operations Admin at our behavioral healthcare facility in Yuma, AZ. The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, monitoring facility performance metrics, and driving clinical improvements across designated programs.
$28/hr plus education and experience.
M-F 8-5 however, will be rotating on call and must stay late one day a month to work with the night crew, can come in late that day.
On call is $400 per month and the cell is $35.00 per month.
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma but strongly prefer a degree
Must have inpatient psych experience.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of management exp.
Must have a license and clean driving record
The Operations Admin will be tasked with ensuring seamless operations, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting clinical enhancements within assigned programs. Working closely with the Director of Crisis Services, this role is essential in coordinating care protocols, managing discharge planning, and ensuring continuity of care post-medical intervention. The Operations Admin will also be responsible for implementing risk management strategies, ensuring health and safety compliance, and upholding quality management best practices. This position reports directly to the Director of Crisis Services and covers both administrative and clinical operational functions.
