General Responsibilities:

Maintain regular attendance/punctuality in order to meet the needs of the business.

Communicating with customers in order to address questions, concerns, or special requests for service or equipment.

Keeping corporate and local office management informed of any sudden emergencies or issues in the field which could negatively impact the customer, technician, or Satellites Unlimited.

Provide process driven and positive support for the office and field force in order to meet the needs of the business.

Active communication with techs within assigned offices of responsibility.

Managing the daily route sheets to ensure all customer orders are assigned to a technician.

Monitoring route sheets to ensure all technicians are staying on schedule and providing arrival status to customers.

Effectively resolving escalated issues to meet customers’ needs.

Perform any other duties/projects assigned that fall within the needs of our business.
Technology Level:
The ideal candidate will have above average computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft office and Google Suite, in order to manage/update various spreadsheets.
Physical Environment and working conditions:
Work is indoors, in a climate controlled corporate office. This is a sedentary position and each team member has his/her own fully-equipped, state-of-the-art, spacious workstation.
Education/Expertise/Special Skills/Abilities Required:
High School degree or GED equivalent required. Customer Service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong time management skills are a must.

Schedule:
The typical shift is 7:00 am – 4:00 pm that will include a weekend schedule. Schedules rotate each quarter.
Starting salary is $21.00 per hour with opportunities for merit increases and career advancement based on consistently maintaining performance metrics and regular attendance/punctuality.
