As a Workplace Services Coordinator within the Corporate Facilities Department, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the workplace environment. You will provide administrative support to the facilities team and help maintain the productivity and functionality of corporate facilities.
Responsibilities
- Supports Permitting team who oversee multiple projects within Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, & Pennsylvania
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative activities associated with obtaining permits, such as mailings, file management, report requests, and document coordination.
- Provide assistance maintaining records in CRM and Service Now
- Responsible for helping the permitting team ensure that all identified milestones on the project are being followed up on and completed in a timely fashion in order to hit the project delivery timelines
- Miscellaneous projects/reports as requested
- Taking detailed notes during meetings and provide meeting minutes to the team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, College Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role
- Strong computer skills, organizational and communication skills
