As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an Operations Coordinator. In this essential role, you will help improve our internal operations, boost efficiency, and ensure our educational programs run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Oversight: Manage and enhance operational processes and systems for optimal performance. Develop workflows that increase productivity and reduce costs while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leadership: Support a high-performing operations team. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Streamline workflows to maximize efficiency and work with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including budget allocation and staffing, ensuring that operational demands are met while keeping expenses within budgetary constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards for all operations. Develop quality assurance protocols and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and address any operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Operations Coordinator or a similar role, preferably in the educational, digital marketing or entertainment sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Go High Level CRM and ClickUp, along with strong technical skills in project management tools.
- Strong analytical mindset, using data to drive operational improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
