Operations / Development Engineer - Accenture Federal Services

About the Job
AFS is seeking a hands-on Developer/Operator to support mission-critical programs. In this role, you will assess the situation and develop/modify/script software to fit the mission. Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will work alongside the customer at their location to gather requirements, provide mock-up designs, and test in the lab environment before deployment. As needed, you will provide status reports to the customer.
Here's what you need:
- 3+ years of experience in software development Experience in system integration & deployment
- 3+ years of experience in a Linux development background
- 3+ years of experience using debugging skills
- 3+ years of experience working with TCP/IP
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience utilizing BASH or Python scripting
- Prior experience in network or system engineering
- Prior experience supporting the national security mission
Security Clearance:
- Active TS in DISS

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
