About the Job
Do you want to elevate your professional and personal growth?
Chick-fil-A Summerville and Chick-fil-A Goose Creek's Leadership Development Program, Elevate, evolved from Operator Chris Walker's passion for developing leaders and guiding people to get "wherever it is they want to go in life." A teacher at heart with nearly 25 years of entrepreneurial success, Chris has honed the art of building leaders and equipping them with sharpened acumen for positive influence, innovation, and balanced business practices.

Likened to a learning laboratory, this $24 million restaurant organization is the perfect setting to accelerate growth, solve real-world leadership challenges, and create transferable skills for any industry. This proven apprenticeship model has resulted in the launch of eight Chick-fil-A Franchisees (Owner/Operators), four Chick-fil-A Corporate Staff members, and countless entrepreneurial/advanced career opportunities beyond our brand.
