development. The Operations Finance Manager is responsible for overall
finance support to the operations group. The ideal candidate must be
proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, experience in
a corporate accounting environment is preferred, and good interpersonal
skills and effective oral and written communication skills are required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience and a minimum
of 3 years of construction accounting experience Travel: 5-10% Work
Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day
of the week to meet business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with
Operations Leaders to ensure accurate, complete and timely data. *
Partner with Operations Leaders and Finance Department to assist in
management of financial reporting, budgeting and analysis. * Develops
relationships with leaders, direct reports, and/or others that
facilitate open dialogue and trust. * Active in ongoing
improvement/innovation of processes, procedures and tools. * Analyze
financial results; monitoring variances; identifying trends;
recommending actions to leaders. * Identify project financial status
(risk and opportunity) by analyzing actual results with plans and
forecasts. * Assist with establishing and maintaining internal controls
in financial reporting. * Assist in month-end financial close. *
Monitor project cash flow (DSO, Over/Under Billing, Net Cash). *
Accounting system development & maintenance. * Various reporting and
analysis as requested by Operations. * Demonstrates the ability to plan
for, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a
timely manner. * Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture
(adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional
standards. * Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate
with others and effectively influence. * Performs other related duties
