Day Kimball Hospital is a 104-bed acute care, rural community hospital that has served Northeast Connecticut since 1894. It is one component of Day Kimball Healthcare, which also provides medical group, homecare and hospice services.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager 1, Multi-Service to lead and innovate in Day Kimball Hospital’s food service, environmental service and patient transport departments. This role combines strategic operations management with financial oversight, impacting multiple service lines and enhancing patient and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
