Operations Manager Needed in Albuquerque, NM!

Our client, a nationwide supplier of high-quality, environmental friendly products, is seeking an experienced General Operations Manager to oversee both office and warehouse operations. This role requires strategic leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day activities while driving business growth.
Position Overview for the Operations Manager role:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the company’s office and warehouse functions. This role involves managing employees, communicating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring smooth internal operations, helping make everyday a success!

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
- Oversee all office and warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to office and warehouse staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with ownership to set performance goals and report on key metrics.
- Ensure operational compliance and audits are completed as needed.
- Manage budgets and analyze monthly financial reports to drive performance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Operations Manager position:
- Proven experience in operations, general management, or similar leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage employees, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster collaboration.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic financial oversight.
- Proficient computer skills for reporting, record-keeping, and operational tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Operations Manager Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, starts as a Contract to Hire but they want someone who will prove themselves to be there for the long haul.
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (higher pay considered for exceptional candidates)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Once converted your will eligible to participate in profit sharing, medical and other amazing benefits
Experience:
- 3+ years of general operations, office management, warehouse management or similar leadership experience (preferred).
