New distributor to Lehigh Valley looking for an individual experienced with working in a small facility.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Manager

• Lead the initial setup and daily management of the warehouse
• Develop new processes and procedures to maximize efficiency
• Manage logistics coordination
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients
• Follow all safety and compliance standards

• Experience in SMALL distribution warehouses
• Proficient in WMS and databases
• Valid driver's license
• High School diploma; Associates degree preferred
• Self-starter and creative ability
