Position Summary
This management position assists the General Manager with managing the logistical aspects of the operation. This person directs activities related to dispatching, managing the tour loop, charters, while keeping to the company's mission to be The Nation's Storyteller®.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently within the scope of established rules and
- Ability to hire, plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the work of assigned personnel; ability to provide leadership, training, counsel, motivation, disciplining staff; processing grievances and constructive performance reviews to staff, securing their commitment to the department and company goals.
- Ability to identify, gather and analyze information, exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make timely
- Ability to drive a non-air-conditioned trolley vehicle that consists of a pull car and up to 2 articulating trailers, that is 60 feet to 70 feet in length in a safe, competent manner on busy public streets or driving on company
- Excellent memory and organizational ability to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Prior management experience
- Valid Class C or higher CDL with passenger
- Acceptable driving record for past three years
