Responsibilities
- Build, implement, maintain, inspect, and OWN all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, internal communication, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events, and referrals.
- Conduct accountability assessments of all lead generation platforms.
- Lead, collaborate with, and develop virtual staff and in house staff where needed.
- Manage the quality of all listing launches and contract to close, including overseeing a virtual
professional and in office professional who completes many of the tasks and creating systems for increased efficiencies and experience. - Provide a world-class experience for clients through phone and email on behalf of the team
through contract and beyond. - Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers. Maintaining relationships and garnering sponsorship dollars and opportunities.
- Plan, collaborate on, and execute multiple events per year for clients that are done at a high level to drive business referrals.
- Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submit to the finance team, when reports are
generated, take ownership of finding opportunities to reduce expenses. - Create, add to, and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity.
- Manage Team Social Media Platforms with support from virtual staff.
- Provide general administrative support including opening and distributing mail, answering phones, maintaining supplies, office equipment, and software.
- Keep the Director of Operations informed of any challenges that arise and bring potential
solutions. - Commit to weekly coaching sessions with the Director of Operations, weekly PLACE operations
training, weekly Brivity training, and conferences deemed important by the Director of Operations.
