The operations management team owns the execution of all systems and processes within their focus area(s) - Culinary or Service & Hospitality. The Operations Manager role exists to actively support the sustainability and growth of Chick-fil-A at Bartow Ave by (1) creating, managing, and auditing the efficiency of our operational and customer satisfaction systems and processes to the extent that they have a positive impact on our customer and team member experiences; (2) proactively analyzing and minimizing the financial impact of the execution of our systems (the bottom line) and making adjustments accordingly; and (3) leading self and others to achieve the goals set for the organizational and your area of focus.
The Operations Manager leads, coaches, and trains Team Leaders, Team Trainers, and Team Members to adhere to Chick-fil-A's Pathway procedures and our Operational Requirements Guide - paying particular attention to food safety and quality.
The Operations Manager is a system and financial guardian with a well-rounded knowledge of the business. This leader owns their development and areas of influence. They proactively seek continued personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of leading teams of 10 or more employees; restaurant experience preferred
- Valid US Driver's License
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Keen business judgment and sound decision-making skills
- Experience working with and leading teams
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to provide clear and consistent feedback
- Ability to manage conflict in a respectful and timely manner
- Promptly takes responsibility and action as needed
- Listens effectively; seeks to understand
