Operations Manager - Building Materials Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:

- Lead a proactive safety culture- Desire for outstanding customer experience- Ensure continuous improvement is a focus for all employees- Help the company be an employer of choice- Develop, manage, and support a team of operations supervisors- Communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure an empowered successful team- Manage the workforce to achieve productive goals and performance standards- Assist in physical inventory of materials and supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained- Oversee all work activities of functional area- Establishes work schedule and develop cost effective plan to meet operational goals- Assist in schedule and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups- Maintain equipment and machinery- Prepare and verify reports as applicable

Requirements:- Education. Bachelors/Masters degree (preferred)- Experience. 3 years of experience leading supervisors and large work groups within an operations environment- Physical. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs.- Special Skills. Must have a good understanding of OSHA requirements and overall safety.- Other. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions- Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others- Excellence. Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match
