JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
Responsible for overall administration of services and deliverables per contract, ensuring compliance with the most recent statement of work (SOW). Acts as the liaison between contractor and client, law enforcement, customers, and contractor personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
⁃ Oversee management and operational accountability.
⁃ Drive effective change management and leadership development.
⁃ Plan, organize, direct, and control daily operational and administrative activities.
⁃ Propose and implement proactive measures to enhance performance and expand operations.
Essential Functions:
⁃ Ensure contractor and personnel compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
⁃ Act as the main point of contact between contractor, client, law enforcement, and other stakeholders.
⁃ Oversee physical security operations at assigned locations.
⁃ Conduct post inspections and enforce security measures.
⁃ Continuously review and improve site security posture.
Language Expectations:
⁃ Business level proficiency in English and local language.
⁃ Business level proficiency in English (CEFR) and local language.
