We're seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Operations Manager to join a strong electrical wholesale distributor in the Austin area. If you thrive on organizing chaos, solving puzzles, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine, then this role is for you! As the Operations Manager, you'll be the maestro of daily operations, ensuring everything from supply chain logistics to team coordination is in harmony.
Residency will be in the Greater Austin region. A relocation package is available for the right candidate.
Here are your unofficial titles:
·Chief of Logistics: Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations, ensuring products and materials flow like a perfectly choreographed dance.
·Process Guru: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and boost efficiency. You're not afraid to suggest new ideas and challenge the status quo.
·Team Captain: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You'll be the go-to person for questions, guidance, and morale-boosting pep talks.
·Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot and resolve operational hiccups with a calm demeanor and a smile. You love finding creative solutions to unexpected challenges.
·Data Detective: Analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. You'll be the Sherlock Holmes of spreadsheets.
·Customer Experience Advocate: Work closely with customer service to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Happy customers are your top priority.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
