Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
Delivering a “REMARK”able experience for all guests
Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work in their department. Those behaviors include:
Hustle that creates a surprisingly fast Speed of Service
Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
Delivering Chick-fil-A’s Recipe for Service
Cash management best practices
Scheduling based on allocated benchmarks
Scheduling and agenda preparation for leadership meetings
Aligning daily practices of their department with the vision of the organization and with the annual thematic goal of the organization
Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work front counter. Those behaviors include:
Proper bagging to ensure high-quality food
Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
The Core Four
Implementation of innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence
Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all members of their department
Delivering weekly performance reports to the leadership team

Requirements:
2+year of Leadership Experience
Full Time Availability (40+ hours)
Compensation: $26/hr
Benefits: Health insurance, paid vacation, monthly incentive bonuses.
