Operations Manager - Gpac

Gpac has partnered with a mid-size Agriculture company who has an opening for an Operations Manager in Northern Montana.  This position would lead the day-to-day operations of the grain elevator staff and maintain equipment while focusing on safety, equipment reliability, and operational objectives. 

Operations Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee staffing, training, and lead crew to execute short and long-term results
• Truck and rail train loading & unloading logistics and machine run-time
• Ensure continuous operation of elevator and pulse crop operations

Operations Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous supervisory experience a plus
• 2+ years grain experience
• Good verbal communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work shift schedules, evenings, and weekends occasionally
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• Preferred degrees in Operations, Machining, or Ag Engineering
