Operations Manager - Blueprint Hires

A construction management and project management firm is seeking an Operations Manager, to help them ensure the success of their projects through effective operational management at their Honolulu, HI office.

Your Day Includes:

• Conducting detailed assessments and formulating strategic and operational objectives

• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices

• Managing budgets and forecasts, and examining financial data to improve profitability

• Performing quality controls and monitoring production KPIs

• Recruit, train and supervise staff to increase quality of customer service

• Ensuring all projects are being handled correctly and clients are satisfied

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management or related field

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

• Familiarity with business and financial principles
