BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager III for a Remote opportunity!

Position Title: Operations Manager III

Job Type: Contract (>=30 HRS WEEKLY)

Introduction:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Governance Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and possess a deep understanding of various project management frameworks. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with leadership and deliver data-driven presentations.

• Experience project manager skilled at managing multiple complex projects at one time and keen knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.


• Experience in working with c-suite leadership and able to create data backed presentations / decks for senior leaders.


• Proven experience working in the tech industry, with experience in Compliance, legal industry a bonus.


• Experience working within an Operational industry.


• Experience working within the Learning and Development industry is a Bonus.


• Experience working as a program manager is a plus.


• Must be skilled in the Google suite & Microsoft Suite.
  

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  
  


• Lead and manage multiple complex projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.


• Utilize project management frameworks to drive projects to completion.


• Collaborate with leadership and other PM's, preparing and presenting data-backed presentations and decks.


• Contribute to operational efficiency and support learning and development initiatives as needed.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed of key updates and project statuses.


• Actively participate in and execute project tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach when necessary to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.


• Experience in the tech industry, with a preference for candidates who have a background in Compliance or the legal sector.


• Familiarity with operational processes and learning and development initiatives.


• Previous experience as a Program Manager is highly desirable.


• Proficiency in both Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
