Salary: Starting at $80,000 (negotiable based on experience)

A reputable law firm in New Hampshire is seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to join our team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing our daily operations across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide proactive management, support, and direction to administrative staff.

Oversee day-to-day operations for Facilities, Reception, Training, and Scanning departments.

Supervise office space allocation, file management, and transitions for incoming and outgoing attorneys and firms.

Manage relationships with landlords and vendors, ensuring compliance with lease requirements and maintenance contracts.

Coordinate firm events, hospitality, and social gatherings while managing yearly budgets for operational costs.

Oversee staff assignments, approve timecards and time-off requests, and ensure continuous support for attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative management role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Proficiency in budget management and vendor relations.
