We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our client, a privately owned practice with 2 locations. Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the practice, icluding staffing, budgeting etc.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Manage staff and ensure optimal patient experience
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor inventory and supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across both locations

Position Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a managerial role in an Optometry/Ophthalmology setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of success in increasing revenue and driving bussiness growth
• Ability to drive business growth and implement efficient processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
