Operations Manager - Trivest Portfolio Partners

Larson & Keeney Home Services is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Milwaukee, WI.

• Develops and communicates strategic direction for field and support departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and business plan.
• Collaborates with the General Manager to create and achieve company objectives, while improving processes, technologies, and resource utilization.
• Oversees staffing, training, and organizational decisions to support company vision and operational effectiveness.
• Manages departmental operations, including budget approval, workflow, and implementation of policies, practices, and security measures.
• Leads recruitment, employee performance management, and staff development while handling discipline and terminations per company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 4 years of management experience.
•  Ability to write reports and correspondence; effective communication with groups and coworkers.
• Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and apply information in various formats.
• Proficient in internet usage, data entry software (inventory), spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Outlook.
