Job Title:Operations Manager
- Contractor shall provide daily operations support across the full continuum
- Contractor shall provide oversight, management, and tracking of all external taskings from USACIDC and Fort Gordon Garrison Staff in the DFSC S-3 SharePoint Tasking System
- Contractor shall input, manage, and track all internal taskings and into the tracker and notify staff sections of upcoming suspenses.
- Contractor shall monitor SIPR on a regular basis for classified taskers/message traffic
- Contractor shall synchronize DFSC directorate and staff activities to ensure mission success in current operations
- Contractor shall coordinate future operations with the staff and conducts extensive engagement with the Directorate Operations personnel and Staff POCs
- Contractor shall assist in all matters concerning training, operations, force development, modernization, Security, and Protection
- Contractor shall draft and coordinates organizational SOPs, plans, orders, briefings, policies and all operational requirements and products involving contributions from other directorates and staff sections
- Contractor shall assist in the coordination of Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning, exercises, and MOU development. Submit Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) requests for overseas travel
- Contractor shall manage the Visitor Access Roster and Visitor request
- Contractor shall coordinate Quarterly Inventories for USACIL and FXD to include making the Appointment Orders
- Contractor shall compile and prepare the weekly DFSC SITREP for the CG and his senior leadership team
- Contractor shall draft the Weekly DFSC slides for the DFBA Staff Call, and the monthly USACIDC Command and Staff slides
- Contractor shall brief DFSC current operations at the weekly DFSC Operations Officer coordination and synchronization meetings
- Contractor shall coordinate the quarterly Review and Analysis slides from the directorates and staff and prepare the briefing for the Executive Director
- Contractor shall maintain DFSC Command and Staff Calendar and update the DFSC Event List weekly
- Assist in all matters concerning training, operations, force development, modernization, security, and protection
- Contractor shall manage the command taskings, requests for information (RFI), and RECLAMAs in relations to the development of plans and OPORDs for future operations
- Contractor shall review policies, information papers, CCIRs, spot reports, RECLAMAs submitted by staff leads and directors for correct format, grammar, punctuation and Army writing style prior to approving release to the Chief of Staff for approval
- Contractor shall coordinate extensively with various outside agencies (i.e. USACIDC, DFBA, JIDO, TEDAC, ASCCs, COCOMs, and other forensic organizations and laboratories)
Supervisory Responsibility:None
Work Environment:
Must be able to work outside in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Normal hours for conducting business between the hours of 0800 to 1700, with personnel schedules staggered to allow for classroom availability between the hours of 0700 to 1830
Monday thru Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
