Career Team is hiring for an Operations Manager role! We are seeking a visionary, goal-driven, highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented leader to serve the Prince George's County area. The Operations Manager will assist the Project Director in driving performance and program development for all of the teams. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Your Impact on Career TEAM's Success:
- Attend partner/funding customer meetings
- Complete reports requested by the company or funder
- Manage Team Leads on daily operations and performance
- Assist the Executive Director with daily needs
- Conduct meetings with staff/leadership
- Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project-related activities
- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards
- Ensure program teams are in compliance with quality assurance and completing requests promptly
- Provide leadership and direction to maximize contract performance outcomes from all teams
- Work in partnership with the finance department for budgeting, forecasting and to ensure financial sustainability and success
- Work in partnership with the Project Director with planning and overall day-to-day operations/program development/Contract Management/Human Resources/Staff
- Ensure expense submissions from various Career Advisors comply with Federal, local, State, and corporate policies
- Manage funds to ensure records are maintained to keep the grant within budget with no disallowed costs
- Ensure participant expenditures are entered and processed in a timely and economical manner by established policies
- Coordinate accounting activities for assigned projects which includes establishment and monitoring of procedures and policies by contract
- Manage and monitor project participant financials and update reimbursement status for the project
- Ability to complete written forms and reports accurately and promptly
- Support team(s) with audit deliverables and program audit requests
- Provide Administrative Support to teams and programs
- Supports growth and program development
- Approach each day and task with a "Zag" mindset
- Other duties and projects as needed
The Ideal Qualifications for this Position Include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of proven management skills
- Successful record of people and project management, including the ability to motivate others to adopt systems and procedures
- 2+ years of accounting experience and knowledge of TANF, SNAP contracts/programs preferred
- Strong computer skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets - experience a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Demonstrated leadership ability in a flexible, team-oriented, and high-growth environment.
- A professional and resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team player, to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time
- A valid driver's license
Salary: $60,000 - 70,000/year Salary is commensurate with experience and education
Travel:Position may require local travel up to 15-20% of the time
