About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the SaaS platform, ensuring smooth functioning, system stability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with customer support, development, and IT teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Monitor system metrics and performance data to proactively identify and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of operational policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Support product rollouts and platform updates by coordinating with the product and implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions for customers.
- Oversee operational tasks related to third-party software integrations and vendor management.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, including SOPs and system manuals.
- Provide input on resource allocation and capacity planning to support ongoing operational demands.
- Escalate critical system issues to senior leadership and provide regular reports on operational performance.
- Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring readiness for any disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment.
- Demonstrable understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
- Proven experience in managing day-to-day SaaS operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and security best practices.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR and RCM systems or other healthcare software is a plus.
