Responsibilities:

- Make follow-up calls to customers to address inquiries and resolve billing issues.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
- Prioritize work effectively to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
