About This Role:
ContainerPort Group (CPG®), a World Group company, is currently looking for a driven individual to join our family as an Operation Specialist for our growing terminal in Memphis!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and monitor all terminal drivers (up to 15)
- Check Samsara electronic logging devices as well as Motor Carrier Compliance
- Work with customers to schedule empty containers needed at location.
- Ensure loaded containers are returned to the rail in a timely fashion.
- Manage rail cuts to ensure exports are in-gated on time
- Audit driver paperwork
- Continue to build relationships with customers and strive to expand partnerships with them.
- Collaborate with our Customer Experience team ensure the highest level of customer service
- Assist Customer Service in invoicing
- Perform Terminal Truck Inspections
- Log Compliances
- Build lasting relationships with drivers and customers that center around World Group’s core values.
Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of intermodal/container transportation experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education or experience preferred
- Experience with Trinium as a TMS is a bonus.
